Pursuant to art.13 of the Legislative Decree N.196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data. The personal data provided will be processed as follows:

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out:

  • for the processing of internal statistics;
  • for issuing quotes and offers to active and/or potential customers;
  • to send commercial information relating to your business to active and/or potential customers;
  • for the exchange of communications relating to the economic, administrative and commercial activity of the company - via telephone, post, courier, fax, e-mail and through areas of the website;
  • to satisfy the obligations established by law, regulations, community legislation, civil and fiscal regulations.

The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes:

  • it is carried out through operations or sets of operations indicated by the art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003;
  • it is carried out using electronic means suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality;
  • it is carried out by the administrators of this website or by personnel directly appointed by them.

The provision of the requested data remains absolutely optional, except as provided for in the following point.

REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

Any refusal to provide personal data by the interested parties will make it impossible to complete the services connected to the necessary sending of personal data.

COMMUNICATION AND SHARING OF DATA

The data collected may be communicated to and shared with the personnel responsible for the administration of the website and its maintenance, responsible for such procedure or, in any case, involved in it for service reasons, without the consent of the interested party being necessary;

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, recognizes the following rights to the interested party:

  • the right to be informed about the existence or otherwise of the administration of data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form (art. 7, paragraph 1), their origin (art. 7, paragraph 2, letter a), the purposes and methods of processing (art. 7, paragraph 2, letter b), the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments (art. 7, paragraph 2, letter c);
  • the right to be informed about the identification data of the owner, the manager (art. 7, paragraph 2, letter d) and the representative (art. 5, paragraph 2);
  • the right to be informed of the persons and categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it such as owners, managers or agents (art. 7, paragraph 2, letter e);
  • the right to obtain the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data (art. 7, paragraph 3, letter a);
  • the right to obtain the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data which has been processed in violation of the law, including that whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed (art. 7, paragraph 3, letter b);
  • the right to obtain the attestation that the operations referred to in article 7, paragraph 3, letters a) and b) of the law have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or shared, except the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (art. 7, paragraph 3, letter c);
  • the right to object, wholly or in part, to the processing of data for reasons of legitimacy and for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or market research or commercial communication (art. 7, paragraph 4, letters a) and b);
  • the right to receive compensation for damage caused as a result of the processing of personal data (art. 15);
  • the right to appeal to the judicial authority or to the Guarantor to enforce the rights listed above (articles 141 and 145).

COOKIE POLICY

The site does not use tracking cookies.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

The site uses Google Analytics to monitor access. The information collected on Google Analytics is used exclusively in aggregate form and does not provide user traceability other than for generic geolocation. Some of the data collected, albeit exclusively in aggregate form, is made available to Google Analytics for the improvement of services and for comparative analyses. To provide website visitors more choice on how data is collected by Google Analytics, the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on is available. The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that information about website visits should not be sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics, active on this site uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has accessed the site before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. Browsers do not share the information collected by cookies between different domains.
